Book Your Appointment
After online booking, a GP reviews your request and arranges a complimentary call to confirm suitability and adjust the test type or collection method if needed. Fasting or timing requirements are communicated during the call.

Test Method Confirmed & Arranged
Following GP review, your pathway is confirmed: home kits dispatched, venous draws booked (in clinic or via a collection service), or in-clinic appointments arranged, with instructions provided beforehand.

Attend Appointment / Use Your Home Kit
In-clinic: a trained clinician takes 10–20 minutes with no downtime. Home kits: collect your sample per the instructions provided, and return it via the prepaid packaging.

Laboratory Analysis
Samples are processed by accredited partner labs; turnaround is typically 24 hours to 10 days, depending on the test, with quality-assurance standards applied throughout.

Results Delivered
You receive a secure digital report by email, including personalised clinical comments from a Levitas doctor.
